1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك موقع https://dds.om («الموقع») أو أياً من خدمات دار الحلول الرقمية ش ش و («الشركة») فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فيرجى التوقف عن استخدام الموقع.
2. الخدمات
تقدّم الشركة خدمات تصميم وتطوير المواقع والمتاجر الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الويب والهاتف، وحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأنظمة ERP وCRM، وتصميم الواجهات، والاستضافة وإدارة النطاقات، وبريد الأعمال، والصيانة والدعم. المعلومات المعروضة في الموقع وصفية وعامة، وتُنظَّم تفاصيل كل تعاقد (النطاق والأسعار والمدد والتسليمات) في عرض سعر أو عقد مستقل يوقّعه الطرفان، وعند التعارض تسود أحكام العقد الموقّع على هذه الشروط.
3. التزامات العميل
- تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة وما يلزم من محتوى وصلاحيات لإنجاز العمل.
- عدم استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات في أي نشاط مخالف للقوانين النافذة في سلطنة عُمان.
- سداد المستحقات وفق الشروط المتفق عليها في العقد أو عرض السعر.
4. الملكية الفكرية
محتوى الموقع وشعاراته وتصميماته ملك للشركة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، ولا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة استخدامه تجارياً دون إذن كتابي. تُحدَّد ملكية مخرجات المشاريع في العقد الخاص بكل مشروع؛ وما لم يُتفق على خلافه، تنتقل حقوق المخرجات النهائية للعميل بعد سداد كامل المستحقات، مع احتفاظ الشركة بحق استخدام أدواتها ومكوّناتها العامة القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام.
5. التواصل
بتزويدنا ببيانات التواصل الخاصة بك فإنك توافق على أن نراسلك بخصوص استفساراتك ومشاريعك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو واتساب. يمكنك طلب إيقاف الرسائل غير التعاقدية في أي وقت. راجع سياسة الخصوصية لتفاصيل معالجة البيانات.
6. الخدمات المستمرة والتجديد
خدمات الاستضافة والنطاقات والبريد وعقود الصيانة تُقدَّم باشتراكات دورية تُحدَّد مدتها وقيمتها في العقد أو الفاتورة، ويُشعَر العميل قبل التجديد أو أي تغيير في الأسعار بمدة معقولة.
7. حدود المسؤولية
نبذل عناية مهنية معقولة في تقديم خدماتنا، ولا نضمن خلو الموقع من الانقطاع أو الخطأ. لا تتحمّل الشركة — في الحدود التي يجيزها القانون — أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام الموقع، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتها الإجمالية عن أي خدمة قيمة ما دفعه العميل عنها فعلياً، وذلك دون إخلال بما لا يجوز استبعاده قانوناً.
8. روابط وخدمات الطرف الثالث
قد يتضمن الموقع أو الخدمات روابط أو تكاملات مع خدمات طرف ثالث مثل بوابات الدفع وWhatsApp، وتخضع تلك الخدمات لشروط مزوّديها، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية ممارساتهم. خطوط هذا الموقع مستضافة محلياً.
9. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وتختص محاكم السلطنة بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها ما لم يُتفق كتابةً على خلاف ذلك.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر وننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخها. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد النشر يعد قبولاً بالتعديل.

1. Acceptance
By using https://dds.om ("the Website") or any service of Daar Digital Solutions SPC ("the Company"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.
2. Services
The Company provides website and e-commerce design and development, web and mobile applications, AI solutions, ERP/CRM systems, UI/UX design, hosting and domain management, business email, and maintenance and support. Information on the Website is descriptive and general; the specifics of every engagement are set out in a separate quote or contract signed by both parties, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
3. Client obligations
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information and the content and access needed to deliver the work.
- Do not use the Website or services for activity that violates the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
- Pay amounts due under the agreed contract or quote.
4. Intellectual property
The Website's content, logos and designs belong to the Company unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in each project's contract; unless agreed otherwise, rights in final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, while the Company retains its general-purpose tools and reusable components.
5. Communications
By providing your contact details you agree that we may contact you about inquiries and projects by email, phone or WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-contractual messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for data-processing details.
6. Recurring services and renewal
Hosting, domains, email and care plans are provided as recurring subscriptions whose term and price are set in the contract or invoice; clients are notified a reasonable time before renewal or any price change.
7. Limitation of liability
We exercise reasonable professional care but do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Website, and its total liability for any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that service — without prejudice to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Third-party links and services
The Website or services may include links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their providers' terms. This Website's fonts are self-hosted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and Omani courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with its date. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance.
